"Jason at James Alexander was the Estate Agent handling the sale of a property we were purchasing. After a purchase that had fallen through with another estate agent, we were weary of sheisty characters within the field. We spoke to Jason to arrange the viewing. He was always clear, responsive but never pushy. Once we had had made an offer on the house, Jason did not play those dodgy games some estate agents play. He was always transparent, and was a great middle man between us and the seller who accepted our offer. During the purchase process, Jason was happy to speak with our Broker, and solicitors, as well as the sellers solicitors to get things sorted.
